I have had this problem for 3 months now. When I click sign in it takes a long time. Then after leaving it for HALF AN HOUR it still won't sign in! I would understand if it was giving me an error message but it's not. I have tried downloading the profile again but it still doesn't work, I have done a connection test and that says that everything is fine. My broadband is brand new so I don't think it has anything to do with that.
This all started when I turned my Xbox off for about 5 minutes and when I come to turn it back on again it wouldn't sign in. I have already tried disconnecting it from the broadband and then reconnecting it but that doesn't work either.
Please, if you have any advice share it with me as it would be much appreciated. I don't want to have to pay another £30 for a years membership when I did that at Christmas and three weeks later it decides not to work. Who agrees that Microsoft aren't very quick at fixing things?
