Not recieving emails from xbox.com and xbox rewards problem.

Hello. i switched my gamertag to a different live i.d and also changed the email address for the gamertag as well. but i haven't recieved any emails from xbox.com like i used to before the switches were made. are my emails still being sent to my old hacked email account? also i was a rewards member and had points pending but now when i go to the rewards page it says wait 36 hours and its been a whole week. i hope someone can help me.

On the website go to your profile and check your contact preferences to make sure you still have it checked to receive emails from xbox.

For the Rewards program, it can take a while for the change of email to show up on their page.
