Not recieving E-Mail?

Yea so my main account got a 9999 year ban and I have yet to receive this so called email that im supposed to get that explains why I was banned, I'm very frustrated with this support system, PS3 is so much more simpler than this.

One of the XBLPET will provide you  all the details regarding to your ban.

Hello Karley. I see your account recently got banned by the XBLPET. They are the ones that perform this ban and they review it before applying the ban. I would suggest posting in this forum about your which gamertag was banned.   http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/41.aspx 

 

Someone from the XBLPET will then reply to your post letting you know why your account was banned. It usually does not take them very long to respond.

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx is the only place you can find that information, after you check the Spam and Bulk folders of the Billing Contact email you provided to Xbox.
