Not receiving e-mail to change xbox live auto-renewal

For some reason I do not receive the e-mail to chnage my auto-renewal status, and no it isn't in spam or anything.

Please make sure that your security proofs are in order here, if they are and you are just not getting the security code needed to change the automatic renewal then please reach out to phone support so they can manually turn it off for you.
