our 10yr old has been playing FIFA 13 with no issues until yesterday. Now he can not longer play as his profile won't connect to xbox live. I now have him pestering me to fix it & I have absolutely no idea how.
I've tried a few of the trouble shoots but nothing seems to work. The connection test says nothing is wrong. When I try to connect to xbox live it asks for a a secruity check thing asking for email & password. Then comes up with an error message 8015D002.
Can't log on on computer to xbox website a and won't accept the new security code when I try to reset the password.
Cleared cache & delete profile but now can't download profile as it says the email address is not linked to any Microsoft account yet we receive emails from xbox live addressed to his profile!!!!! He's not going to be happy when I tell him I can't download his profile!!
