Not getting e-mailed confirmation code from Microsoft billing

Hello.  I need  some help.  I've been trying for the past two days to get an e-mailed  confirmation code from Microsoft Billing so I can update my Xbox Live Payment options.  I've requested  for one several days but I haven't received anything. Tried my hotmail and then another web e-mail account to no avail.   I hope someone helps me out. Thanks.

If you are having this problem you will need to reset your security proofs currently on the account by visiting this site here. Once you've removed all of the security proofs, please input new valid ones (e-mail address of which you know you can login and know are receiving e-mails currently), once that process is done, you will have a wait time of 30 days or so for this information to change over from old information to new information.

If you need to make any account changed immediately please either use your XBOX 360 console, or contact XBOX Support via phone by visiting this page here.

And i also know that my secondary email is working as i got a code just 4 days ago to stop my auto renewal but now i cant do anything...

I'm having this problem too. So is someone I was just talking to in ambassador chat.

There must be something wrong with the system.
