Not getting any help from xbox support on twitter or on 800-4 myxbox

I just spent all this money on your next gen messiah , for it to fail on day 2? I'm on your 800 4 myxbox and am unable to get an xbox 1 tech support for more than 1 1/2 . So launch weekend and you short staff? How does your system just stop working on just the second day. Worse yet how do you not have all hands on deck working on customer support? So you are aware I'm going to go in on social media and am currently escalating over the telephone lets get this sorted out as soon as possible. Silverclown

chat support doesn't help, they tell you the same bs about unplug your system for 10 min and retry.  They they tell you to let them charge another 500$ and get you another system.

They don't charge you they place a hold on your credit card. I agree it is BS but with as many dishonest people in the world today what else do you do? I actually think they only make like a $2 charge to make sure it is a valid card then they charge the card if you fail to send back the broken system.

That's not cool silverclown, just wondering how it failed? Are you sure there isn't a fix for the problems you're having?

I'm having the same problem man. Been trying to contact support and after everything they tell me to try fails they say to do an advanced exchange. I tried to do that but I get an error when I go into the billing part. And when I called them they transferred me to the wrong department twice then transferred me again and it was just dead air. No music playing what so ever to let me know I was still on hold.
