Not allowing me to redeem ANYTHING?

So, I attempted to redeem a XBL Prepaid 3 month code.  (I searched the forums and realized that I should have waited to do so)

I entered it in 3 times.... and after teh 3rd time... I had a message like "you are not allowed to enter any code" please contact....

it was something like that but.

I was trying to redeem a 1600ms point card, it said same thing?  Can anyone or microsoft employee help???
