no puedo agregar mi tarjeta de credito

 

alguien sabe por que cada vez que intento agregar mi tarjeta de credito

me dice que escriba un numero de tarjeta valido...???

 

ya lo intente con 3 diferentes tarjetas de credito y siempre me sale la misma notificacion

yo estube batallando mucho y despues de muchas llamadas al numero de soporte tecnico y de intentos fallidos

por ingresar otra tarjeta me puse a fijarme en los detalles y ya pude ingresarla como ?? por extrañas razones al capturar la informacion me fije que todo estaba bien pero  al ver mas detenidamente vi que el estado no cambiaba se queda en AGUASCALIENTES( supongo por que es el primer estado que aparcece) asi que puse todo otra vez pero con el estado en mencion y al cien todo,,,espero les sirva

  Te recomiendo que mejor llames a soporte tecnico de xbox, ellos te pueden indicar que tarjetas aceptan y cuales no y te dan de alta la que tu tienes si es de las que aceptan, llamales y nos avisas como te fue, suerte

no puedo agregar tarjeta de credito ni en xbox.com ni en la consola solo dice que hay un error en el systema me manda a xbox.com y ni la pagina me puede resolverlo
