No one knows what's wrong, help please

I have been having this problem for over a month. About a month ago while in a party everyone couldn't hear me talk while I could still hear them . My mic was still working the mute button was working (and it was not on) the volume buttons worked fine. Anyway I threw that mic away and bought a new one. SAME thing. I told Microsoft and they sent me a new controller thinking its my controller yet no it was not. Even with new controller same thing. I have talked to Microsoft believe me . I have went through everything. EVERY troubleshooting , deleting cache, re setting , re starting my router, checking my latency, finally Factory Default so my xbox is "brand new" and still nothing. I really need help.

Hi there, so I have two suggestions, what are you privacy settings set to? Make sure that you have them set so that everyone can hear you and not just people on your friends list.

Also did you try and reassociated your controller with your gemrtag while having this issues? You can do so by;

1.Press the Xbox button to go to the Home screen.

2.Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen.

3.Locate your profile and select Choose this person

My Nat is open my connection is good. My multiplayer connection is good.

I have the same problem I was talking with friends and my mic just stopped out putting voice in thr middle of a sentence. Ive had this problem for a month and have tried all troubleshooting things as well.

Check all your port forwarding on the router settings also are you in the preview program?
