No Me han entregado Mi Consola Desde el 5 de Septiembre 2013

Buenas Tardes, Señores Xbox Soporte 

Quería comentarles que su servicio de garantía  es muy malo desde el día 5 de septiembre que solicite la garantía de mi consola por daño de detección de redes inalámbricas esta es la fecha 24 de octubre y no he recibido mi consola teniendo en cuenta que me envía un correo electrónico que la reparación se demora entre 2 y 3 tres semanas como pueden verificar ya paso este tiempo estimado y no tengo una respuesta concreta sobre mi consola, me contacto con el área de soporte y no tengo mayor información simplemente dicen que solo pueden dejar una nota y la persona que me contacta del área de especialistas responde un correo cada 13 días hábiles el día lunes 21 de octubre de 2013 me enviaron un correo solicitándome datos para contactarse conmigo pero si la respuesta será dentro de 13 días hábiles déjenme decirles que es un pésimo servicio y creo que este tiempo que he estado sin mi consola no me lo tendrán en cuenta para la garantía.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the issues getting your consoles repaired. I suggest using the Contact Us page to set up a support call with a service specialist. Explain the situation to them and they will be able to provide a status update for you.
