Long story short, Get email ref replacement for new console one got a xmas, (this
was about 6 / 7 weeks ago) felt like a phishing attempt to me! Contacted
Customer Services to either confirm its a phish or not. Also forward email to
them, Rather shocked when they come back saying it’s genuine and to proceed
with registering the console for replacement,
Startsto carry out the online register, but runs into some problems, contact Customer
Services who say they will investigate, various contacts over the next 6 weeks.
1 to confirm our console not covered by the replacement policy and to top it
all today phone call to inform me that the email was a phish mail and not from
Microsoft LOL 7 weeks later.
