New XBox, preformed license transfer and some games won't redownload.

I bought a new slim XBox last week, did the transfer tool thing online and the console ID matches my new machine.

I noticed some games were showing up as Trials when I was offline.  I tried to redownload them by adding them to the queue online and when I log on the XBox, it says "CONTENT ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER CONSOLE"

I tried to redownload one game from the marketplace, I followed the "DOWNLOAD AGAIN" link and it was trying to get me to repurchase it.

This is extremely frustrating, since now a good portion of my purchased content is unusable and the transfer tool says it can't be used until September.

To fix the "assigned to another console" issue, queue the download up and then on the console open your active downloads, select the download and choose "Download All Items."

Also, when I tried to set things up at this link:

live.xbox.com/.../AutoDownload.aspx

It keeps giving me a page that says "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. You've found a glitch in the system."

Ok, I think after your advice, I've got it working.

There seems to be a possible problem with the marketplace in general, because I've had to retry a few games after some claim they can't be downloaded on the first try.
