New Xbox, connections, MW3

Hello fellow forum users. I recently pre-ordered the MW3 Xbox because my current one is on its last legs(freezing, slow response and loading times etc)

Just wondering for those of you out there who picked up a new xbox at one point, did you have to reconfigure your router settings again to open certain digital "ports" for an "open" nat setting? or will my current settings work?

any issues with the built in wifi on the new consoles?

and is anybody else in my shoes, not having a gaming group for call of duty? If you plan on picking up the game send me an FR, i need some new players and it would be nice to have some Canadians from the forums form some sort of clan. I mostly play after 7pm eastern or during the afternoon if I'm not working.

Cheers, thanks for your input!

When I bought my new slim I plugged it in and the built in wifi picked up my network and all I had to do was enter my password. I haven't had any problem with it.

Just like Habs said, if you are wanting wireless it will Auto-Detect your router you just need to enter either the WAP or WEP key, or if you are wired just plug in your ethernet and bam your good too go!!!!
