New Terms update Won't allow ,my email to verify it.

So a few days ago, as many surly noticed, the Terms And Conditions updated on Xbox Live. Well ideally I should be able to log on, accept the changes and log on as usual. But not for me. When I log on I need to log onto a microsoft account that is not even in use anymore and the email associated has been deleted.  So I'm in a catch 22 where I cant log on without the account info that doen't exist... Any suggestions anyone?

Hi Kin,

Sorry to hear about the account woes.

Is the account in question the one you posted with here?

If so, did you accept the terms when you logged in? If not, the next step will be to contact Phone Support

Let us know, and we can work from there.
