New Terms of Use/Parental Control

SO, the new Terms of Use need to be accepted in order to use Xbox live and I can't accept them!

It says that my parent must accept them, however I have long forgetten the password for the email.

Another problem that I am having is trying to change my account settings so that I am no longer under parental control, but whenever I try to change them, it says I have found a glitch and the page cannot be loaded.... am I screwed? Is there any way to send a new password to the email at least?

Check out the link below for troubleshooting steps, I would give it a bit before trying though as their is currently a service alert about this issue. If you give it some time and the troubleshooting does not work please contact Xbox Support by phone.
