New Subscription Code Overwrote Active One...

I just redeemed a 3-month code less than a week ago and then purchased a 12-month code, which I applied to my account today. The problem is that the expiration date of Live now shows 12/6/2014. Shouldn't I have 15 months left, not 12? I chatted with an agent earlier who was of no help so I'm hoping a forum support person can research this and give me the appropriate subscription time.

you will have to keep working with phone support as they are the only ones that can help you but yes memberships stack up to 36 months

Yes the memberships should stack, Davemcfly is correct you will have to work with Xbox Phone Support as they are the only team that will have access to your account to see what is going on with it.
