I've recently had a few e-mails regarding money not being taken out of my bank account to pay for my Xbox Live subscription and realised today that I got a new card this year, hence the problem.
I went to sort it out and added my new card and then went to remove the old card to get told that I am unable to do so on this payment instrument due to outstanding payments . . .
How am I meant to pay then? This is my new card, the old one's details do not exist any more. The only way to pay is if my new details get used to take payment.
It's quite frustrating.
