new account logs out automatically

I created a new account with a new email address and I have been having the following issues with the new account. it logs out when you try to access the avatar editor, logs out during download of game demos, continuously asks for security info even though its been input many times. I can log into xbox live and edit my avatar on my laptop but not on the console. I am not purchasing a gold membership until I can get this resolved.

Hi DislikedMeat30, could you try deleting the profile, clear the system cache three times one after the other, power the console off and back on and download the profile again please.

When the going gets tough find something easier to do.

Did you check to see if you have entered wrong security info if not try deleting the account off your Xbox an recovering it again
