I am having this same issue. For the last year I have had 300mb internet and when I run network tests on both my WIRED laptop and WIRED PORT FORWARDED Xbox one always used to say 300+ download. Just over the last few days it has gone down on my xbox one to 40-80mb. On my laptop it still says 300+. I am port forwarded as well as hard-wired. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you connected to the router via cable or wifi?

Did you check the NAT status in the network settings app on your Xbox One?

If the NAT appears to be Moderate, then you should "open" it by changing your router's Port Mapping settings.

If you need help to do so, try searching on the internet "xbox one nat" and your router's model name.

Hope it helped.
