Network bridge, unable to connect to xbox live

I have bridged the connections from my xbox live to my laptop with a ethernet cable, and the internet worked on both the laptop and xbox. Now for some reason I cannot connect to xbox live anymore, the internets still working fine on my laptop but not the xbox. can't think of any possible reason for it doing this, any suggestions?

Hello

Try this

  1. Turn off your Xbox 360 console and any network hardware (for example, your modem and router).
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Turn on your modem, and wait one minute.
  4. Turn on the next piece of hardware (for example, your router), and wait another minute.
  5. Turn on your Xbox 360 console.
  6. Sign in to Xbox LIVE, and see if the performance is better.

Hi,

Please read:- forums.xbox.com/.../811997.aspx

And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Thanks
