Just watched a movie. Then updated my Xbox Live. Now movies want play. Configure Network says Service Alert. What up? I'm new at this.

You can try restarting your xbox to see if that fixes the problem. Any service alerts dealing with XBL can be found at this link:

If the problem is with Netflix only try deleting Netflix and redownloading it.
