Netflix

For the last two days I have been getting an error message with Netflix telling me to go to netflix.com/tvhelp which of course does not help anything at all. I have deleted my Netflix download, cleared my system cache numerous times and restarted my system numerous times. So my question is does anyone have any clue what is going on with Netflix?

This seems to be a large problem, me, and a number of friends are having the same issue since the netflix uodate a couple of days ago

I have been having this issue myself, it seems to be on Netflix's end and also seems to be related to the most recent update to the application itself. For me it is on and off, recently it has been working fine but here and there it will pop up with the same error message op is experiencing.

Hopefully netflix and ms look into this,

I got tired of it and just signed up with Hulu until they fix whatever issues they are having
