Netflix

We keep getting kicked off of Netflix. We are able to watch it for a bit and then get kicked off. We only have the $9.99 package. Is this why or just a bad connection?

The package you have would have nothing to do with being kicked off. Are you getting a message saying you need to b an Xbox Live Gold subscriber? Or is it kicking you out of the app? I would like to suggest you delete Netflix and install it again.

From the dashboard, go into Settings > System > Storage. Choose where you store your apps/games(harddrive, usb, etc.) Go into games and apps, delete all netflix items. Go back to your dashboard and go to the app marketplace listed under Apps. There you can find Netflix and install it again. Please let me know if this helps.

It can also be your router,I would definitely invest in a NETGEAR or D-LINK...If you game on internet speeds lower than 10mbps,try upgrading...Please also note,it is very important that your ports are correctly forwarded...

Xbox LIVE requires the following ports to be open:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)
