Netflix problems

We already have a Gold account but when we try and open Netflix it tells us to upgrade to Gold.   We have already tried to delete and re-download.   Any suggestions??  :(

There was a recent update to the Netflix app to support the launch of the Xbox One and PS4 which went out in the last day or so.  It sounds like the update did not take. I would recommend you delete Netflix and clear your console's cache http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache and then redownload the app and take any update it prompts you to.  Note: On some consoles the system will start downloading the update immediately and it will appear in your active downloads. You need to wait until it finishes downloading and installing the update before you launch Netflix or it will go into this bad state.
