Netflix constantly interrupted, although I have a gold membership.

I have the Netflix disconnect issue with my xbox 360.  It says I need a gold membership, even though I clearly have one.  I've deleted my profile, cleared my cache, deleted netflix and reinstalled, etc.  All of this is utter crap, Microsoft!

This is a known problem, I had it happen to me. I called support and it ended up being my ISP with to slow a speed. Gibe them a call they'll sort you out! Good luck
