Netflix app

I have downloaded and successfully activated the NetFlix app, but then it refuses to connect to netflix.  I have removed and installed it twice now. Netflix says it must be an issue with my xbox - but i am successfully signed in and I can get to Zune so I have internet connectivity.  Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same issue. I am a Gold Member, Paid for, not 1 month trial by the way. I noticed the 1 month free trial does not allow Netflix. Yet I have this issue as well. I also am not finding any help in a resolution to this problem.

I am having the same issue with my Netflix. I don't know what's wrong and have tried the same things. Hope there is just a glitch or something.

^^ Pretty much this. And if it doesn't work, i do recommend going on Netflix's website and contact their tech support to see what they can do to help.

Netflix is working fine for me (on all three systems too)... did you activate it on your PC as well (without turning off the console when you did so)?

humm. mine was working fine until just today, then it just says can't connect to netflix, visit netflix.com/tvhelp but that has no info on why it isn't working.

Have you activated your xbox through the Netflix site? you should have seen a code on screen with a link to netflix.ca/activate where you enter the code. This process links your Netflix account to your xbox.

Additionally, I have been noticing that my Xbox has been having trouble connecting to Netflix when I want to watch something. I just keep hitting retry and it eventually goes through.

Excuse my ignorance, a poor satellite Internet connection and these "new" forums could be to blame. Are you a "gold member"? You need to pay the xbox live monthly subscription to access Netflix. That could be the problem here.
