Need to free my live email address from my banned gamertag

I need to change my banned gamertag "KraziestKhris" *no quotes*  email to a different email. I can't do it myself because my account is banned, so what I am asking is that someone with higher privileges can unban me long enough to change my email to something else. This has to do with XNA complications, so I would LOVE it if you guys helped me out here. Thank you so much.

When you login you should see "Windows Live ID" > "Change" click that, should be simple. If you can't somehow change that or have some sort of error in doing so contact XBOX Support.

Hey there Chris! As far as I'm aware, once an account is banned it cannot be used or edited any further. I suggest creating a new WLID and profile and making sure to follow the Terms of Use better in the future. Sorry for the confusion.
