Basically i haven't been able to access my live account now for a few days, due to the fact it needs to update security proofs that requires my email etc. However, the problem is that my account has been blocked for nearly a year, as i have been denied access to it via the recovery form.
After contacting support on twitter, i have been told to contact the phone support team, but i'm a little sketchy as to what i should be asking. Thanks
Also, this account has been made solely for this forum so i can get help, as the phone line has high activity at the moment.
