I have the following problem:
I have a xbox live gold membership, which I have paid by my creditcard. During the summer I lost this creditcard and I blocked it.
Now Xbox360 tried to use it to renew the membership but of course it didn't work.
So I add the new credit card to the account and connected it with the membership. The problem is that I can't remove the old credit card as there is still an amount to pay.
I thought, that Xbox 360 team would check what's going on and use the new credit card for the membership, but surprise, surprise nope, they didn't.
So I need the service number to check this with an agent, but if I click through these options for contact, just an article is shown but no service number or no possibility to leave a message to call me.
So it would be really great if you could tell which number to dial or help me solve this case. I am grateful and looking forward to any advices you have for me.
