Need parental account, being charged every month for no reason

I haven't had an xbox for quite a while (around 2 years) and haven't had a live subscription since then either. I just noticed that I have being charged by xbox all this time for live, even though I don't have an xbox and my account isn't subscribed to it. This has added up to quite a lot of money (around $200)

I am trying to access microsoft support to sort this out but it is horrible. I can't access the phone support because I need to accept the new ToS on my account, but I can't do that without a parental account logging in? I am 20 years old so this is completely unneccessary, and I have no idea what the login info for the parental account may be.

What can I do? How can I access my account? What is the Australian support number? Why am I getting charged?

Hours of operation:      

7.00am to 9.00pm - Monday to Friday

9.00am to 5.00pm - Saturday and Sunday

Xbox or Games for Windows Support

Since we volunteers in this D-I-Y forum don't have billing data access, may I please suggest you visit http://commerce.microsoft.com to confirm you're billed for Xbox service?


If so, I'd suggest you cancel it immediately then have a chat with Billing Agents which you can find at http://support.xbox.com/en-AU/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:5:1 by clicking on Request A Call - they have a one minute wait time for calls right now.

It is showing up with no transactions or subscriptions, and shows that my subscription has been cancelled since 2010.

I would then call support, or have them call you, immediately if not sooner to find what IS billing you.
