I haven't had an xbox for quite a while (around 2 years) and haven't had a live subscription since then either. I just noticed that I have being charged by xbox all this time for live, even though I don't have an xbox and my account isn't subscribed to it. This has added up to quite a lot of money (around $200)
I am trying to access microsoft support to sort this out but it is horrible. I can't access the phone support because I need to accept the new ToS on my account, but I can't do that without a parental account logging in? I am 20 years old so this is completely unneccessary, and I have no idea what the login info for the parental account may be.
What can I do? How can I access my account? What is the Australian support number? Why am I getting charged?
