Need help

I sent in a order to get my controller repaired and it had got cancelled but I had called xbox and talked with someone so they could not cancel it and I sent it in and its been about a month and nothing. Also it says its cancelled?

I called and it just hangs up theres something wrong I guess with there phone line.

Make sure you double check your order on myservice.xbox.com, you should be able to sign in using the email and password for your Microsoft account and track the status of your order or verify if it has been cancelled. If you sent your controller in and the order was cancelled before you received your replacement, then I'm afraid that NJDevils rock13 is right. You will need to call 18004699269 to escalate this issue to the Customer Care Advocacy team so they can investigate with the repair center.
