The Router I have is the Verizon 9100EM Router and it is wireless.

I have the new Xbox 360 slim, so it has the internal adapter.

I do not know if the Universal Plug and Play is on.

Yes the Nat is open.

Another error status report cam up again, it said:

W: 0000-0021

X: 4000-1001

Y: 0000-0000

Z: 0000-0000

ID: FFFF-FFFF

I don't know what speed it has but here is a link. www22.verizon.com/.../faq.htm

My ISP is Verizon.

Lmfao, sorry but I am terrible when it comes to computers.

All of my computers work just fine and I have another Xbox 360 plugged into my living room and it works perfectly fine. I don't know what the problem is.

Also, on my Basic settings it says that my internet security is WEP. But when it fails it tells me that I might have the wrong WEP or WPA.

That's ok, not everyone is good with computers and especially networking, which can be very confusing for most people.  That's why we're here!

I suggest you take a look at this guide for your model of router http://www22.verizon.com/NROneRetail/NR/exeres/A614E338-42DC-46A1-B231-EA580B2BE6F1.htm

It explains how to troubleshoot your connection and how to find and change the security settings, amongst other things.

If you need any further help, just ask.

I do not know what the Username and Password is, since my uncle set it up and is not home. he cannot tell us it. Last night, I remember last night when me and my brother tried to do a system link, we pressed AD-HOC or something like that and then me and my brother just decided to not do it because we didn't know what we were doing. Then, when I tried to recover my account (My family were watching netflix on other xbox) it said,"Cannot connect to network."
