I cant renew my xbox gold membership

I get that message at the top when i try to renew online

and this message

Cant retrieve information from Xbox LIVE

Status code: 80190826

Can Some one help me Seen as i cant contact Customer support either as there not open.

Try going to billing.microsoft.com and make sure everything is correct. Try removing your payment method and re-adding it and see if that works.

I have done. november 2010 i sold my xbox for a ps3. But in this time somehow i got charged for 3 month membership

anyhow i rung up support and they refunded me and Cancelled all my services. Now i have a xbox back again is this the reason for it not working you think

Unless it created some sort of balance that you owe, I don't think it would. But it would show you if that were the case on the billing website and if they cancelled it you shouldn't owe anything.

Unfortunately, being a billing issue, the only other thing you can do is call support.
