need help please ^_^

so i got on around 8 in the morning and i got pop up saying something wrong with my payment options so i updated them and got the same error...

i was wondering is thier a way to fix this its now 3:05 pst and im still having this problem

Check billing.microsoft.com and see if it shows you what the error is. If you still have problems, you'll need to call support and talk to billing.

it says my gold-12 month has been suspended and i already changed my payment   options and it shows it

Like mentioned above, you will need to call 1800-4MyXbox to get help to pay the bills ETC.

you have an outstanding balance on your account. you owe xbox money. if you want to get back on to xbl with the same gamertag then you will need to call cs to pay your bill. if you can't be bothered to do that then there will be no access to xbl.

This usually happens when you have a payment option which is live on your account but has expired.  To prevent fraud this automatically alerts you and prevents access to live.  Please call billing services on the Xbox Tech Support line for your area by visiting Xbox.com/support and selecting Contact Us/Call Us

It's not always an outstanding balance. It's a general billing error. It could be anything from not having a bit of information missing or a balance.
