Need Help badly

I have treatening messages coming through to my account and abusive messages of racist remarks. Ive tryed blocking them everytime a message comes through i dont reply to them but even after ive blocked them the message still seems to come through and i dont understand how, But there really starting to get to me now and its upsetting :/ 

I would change my name so that they couldnt find me nomore to send me messages, but i just spent alot of money on my dog becoz he broke his leg and had to be taken to the vets for an operation and now im out of money for quiet a while. So i was wondering could you help me and give me a free name change to stop these people messaging me please or lend me the 800 points will i get paid please ??. Its really starting to upset me.

You need to file a complaint on anyone who is sending those messaged.

Other than that, Xbox will only give you a free name change if your gamertag violates the code of conduct, which yours doesn't. And asking for points is not allowed on the forums.
