I spoke with tier 3 about the matter yesterday and informed them what had happened to my gamertag. I was told by the agent that my problem would be resolved. It's not resolved, and yes, I spoke to tier 3 concerning the matter. I was not given a phone number to call them, I was redirected. How I've heard from 3 different people that this is impossible, makes me extremely mad on how this situation was approached. I would like to speak with someone who can actually help me concerning my matter, than I would love to speak to someone who could change policy so something like this doesn't occur again.
