I have been forwarded to this page by your help team.
I took this account from my younger brother, and really struggle to cope with the cringe rating of the name.
I currently have no card, and asking the mother isn't even an option, therefore I was wondering if Microsoft had it in there heart to look after a dedicated customer, I would appreciate it.. a lot.
Would a free name change really affect a business as big as Microsoft?
