My XBox wont let me go gold.

I cant access my manage account to upgrade to go gold on my XBox. So I came online to see if I could do it from here and it gave me this message:

Whats going on?

Also, I should still have a warranty on my XBox I got it December 25, 2010. If I have to send it in or something what will they do? And how long would it take to do it?

It depends on what you'd be sending your Xbox in for. They'll either repair it or send back a refurbished model. Usually it just takes a couple of weeks.

It doesn't give me anything, it wont load and keeps doing the loading sign. Even if I let it sit forever, it wont

The page the website gives doesn't give an actual xbox error code. That's why I asked what you see when you try on the console. You can try checking your account at billing.microsoft.com to see if there are any errors. If you can't figure it out there or still can't get it to work, call support and talk to billing.
