I started the whole process of obtaining earlier today and something went wrong in the middle of the activaton. Now when I try to log into Netflix I get an error saying "We're unable to connect you to Netflix please try again later Support: netflix.com/tvhelp". I've read their little troubleshooter deal and it says that it is because my device is not activated, even though I did. Now I cannot get to the screen where it will give me another code. Can anyone tell me how I can fix the problem? Or even erase whatever to get back to the original screen.
