My XBox returned in over a month.

Would somebody PLEASE contact me asap!  I have already sent my device back TWICE.  Now an email today is telling me to send it in. I don't have it.  I already sent it in to get a new Xbox weeks ago (FOR THE SECOND TIME).  This is ridiculous and nobody is able to talk person - to - person.  

[Mod Removed]  (Now it's saying to print out a label and SEND IT IN!?)  
[Mod Removed]  (new service number to exchange for a new box... says it was cancelled back in late Aug)
[Mod Removed]  (original, but Microsoft NEVER repaired it, so I had to return it)

Would somebody please contact me.  I've been trying to get it fixed with you for over a MONTH now.  This is unacceptable and I probably won't be purchasing any more Microsoft Xbox products again.

It seems like this is an error so if you do manage to talk to someone then they should be able to explain what has happened and if they have somehow lost your console then it should be Microsoft's responsibility to replace it.

CKEGO, please do not include personally identifiable information in a public post.  It's not only dangerous for you but against the forum rules.

 

In regards to your issue, phone up support and ask that your call be escalated as soon as someone picks up.  The lower tier support members essentially read off cue cards and are not very helpful.
