So my Xbox One controller is actually fine but the analog sticks feel loose. It doesn't change my performance or anything but with my OCD, it bothers me how when I move the stick to the top or bottom it feels like it goes out of its "socket". And it's
not really broken but just is very bothersome
Hi Legit. If you feel you have a defective controller you are more than welcome to ask Microsoft to replace it for you. Please click the link provided to start your service request form. -
myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx Once you have registered your device at the top of the page click on DEVICES, then scroll to your Xbox One and click on 'Replace an Accessory',
then click on Controller. Click next and follow the onscreen instructions.
