My Xbox Live isn't working!

I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live membership in March and now I cannot play online or do any of the other features that come with Xbox Live.

Please help if you can.

It seem it the player matching is the cause.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble using the Xbox Live services. However if you would like to contact an Xbox Support agent, you will need to do so via this link, since Xbox Live support agents do not answer all posts that are made on the forums.
