My xbox keeps signing me out

hello all my xbox keeps signing me out when i play call of duty then i have to sign back in to play the game and it does the same thing with every game like minecraft and netflix i hate having to signing and being signed out all the time it even signs me out when i return to the dashboard from a game could someone please help me out :)

have you tried clearing the cache of the console: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

and/or try redownloading your profile: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

My problem is similar; I just turn on my XBOX and I have it set to log me in each time i'm turning it on. But, for this whole weak, my XBOX just logs me into my account, not XBOX Live. When I go into my Dashboard, I log into it with my email and password. It then sends me an error in logging in. On the top of my TV Screen, it says something like: Disconnected from XBOX Live.
