My Xbox can't connect to wireless networks.

For some time, I have been unable to get my Xbox to connect to my wireless network. In an attempt to find the source of the problem, I have tried to connect to different wireless networks and tried using different wireless adapters, as well as going through the default troubleshooting suggestions, none of which were successful. I also tried to get another Xbox to connect to my wireless network, which worked perfectly. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, which is why I'm asking the professionals. If it helps, my router is a Siemens Gigaset SE567.

I suppose you have an Xbox that has a built-in WI-Fi.

Try looking in here to see if that helps: support.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

If not then call Xbox Support: Toll free: (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Thanks

Hi, try resetting your Xbox network settings back to defaults and reconnecting, if that does not work try turning off any WEP/WPA security (as a test) on the router and turn off mac filtering again and try to connect more tips to try here:- www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../114-troubleshooting-and-improving-wireless

If you can get connected with no security you can work up from there, WEP is usually a tricky key to type in, I would suggest WPA or WPA2 personally
