My Xbox 360 Deleted Everything!!

I was deleting things from my hard drive when it froze and wouldn't do anything. I turned my xbox off and on and when I turned it on, it says that I have no accounts or anything on the hard drive, but it still says that I have 84gb of content on it. When I try to re-download my profile, I get the error message 8007045D. HOW DO I GET MY STUFF BACK???

Hey there KERMIT!  Have you tried to clear the cache on your hard drive by any chance?  If not, then try that to see if that helps.  If you don't know how to do this, then check here support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Will I have to format my Xbox? I'll know I'll lose all of my saved game data, but will there be a 100% guarantee that I can download my account and re-download all the DLC that I've purchased if I do?

If I do, will I be able to download my GT? Like a 100% guarantee? Or if there's not a 100% guarantee I'd need a list of possible solutions before I do

That status code is consistent with your storage device not being able to store the data.  I would try formatting the hard drive (be aware you will lose all info on the hard drive) and seeing if you can download it afterwards.  We honestly will not know 100% if that will work or not, so until you've tried it and reported back we can only suggest you try it.  Scroll down on this page for a step by step guide on how to format:  support.xbox.com/.../storage

If it works, it sounds like your hard drive just needed to be formatted.  If it doesn't work, try downloading your account to a flash drive.  If that works, it would point to your hard drive has failed and you would need a new one.

I was playing my Tomb Raider game and all of a sudden everything froze. I had to turn it off, but when I turned it back on everything was deleted and it still said that I had 11.8GB. When I tried to redownload my profile it said that "Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded 8007045D"
