My XBL tenure changed from 10 to 7

I've been on XBL since the first beta.  I still have the shirt, memory card, etc.  For some reason my account went from 10 to 7 year today.  I've always been a Gold member.  Can someone fix this?

I tried re-downloading my profile but I'm still a 7.  Please help one of your oldest and most loyal customers Xbox!

The profile fix that was recommended didn't work.  I deleted my profile numerous times, and once I waited over one full day to add it again.  Please help!

Xbox live has been going on for 7 years and I think that Microsoft has changed it to fix the tenure problems

I spent an hour with Xbox chat and phone and no resolution yet.  They are looking into it.  I also cleared my cache and tried deleting/re-adding my account.  Any ideas?
