My XBL gold ran out early

There was no help on the in the -Find it yourself support- area so I'm posting it here. My membership was going to end on the 9th of September But instead it ended on the 6th. I know some of you are going to think "Oh he just read the 9 wrong" But no I didn't because i have checked it many times before and I would not read it wrong when it involves my money. So whats up microsoft? why did my membership end early?

Since it's a billing issue you'd need to take it up with phone support.

Yeah, only phone support handles billing issues such as this. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I had gold for a year. I bought it on 9/1/2012, and it ran out last week. What's up with that..?

Think it's best for you to contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
