hey their cool kid is the usb stick microsoft approved? not all usb sticks work for xbox, for example it must be under 16gb of storage and only certain brands are acepted your best bet is to buy an xbox brand usb, or a sundisk usb, those are the only ones i know to be accepted. if your usb is one of the two make sure thats it is securely fit into the slots, hope this helps, Greg

Hello,

If the XBOX 360 is not detecting the USB Flash Drive and you've tried multiple USB ports on your console and other USB devices (wired controller, play and charge kit, anything that you can test a USB device with) and it works then that means there is a problem with the flash drive that you have and you would need to replace it.

PNY USB Flash Drives come with a 1 year warranty as far as I can tell so you may want to contact them to get the one that you have replaced.

I suggest using a Sandisk, or Lexar USB Flash Drive as in my own experience they seem to be the best if you intend on actually using them for full games. You can usually get a 16GB for around $10-15 in most stores.
