My subscription is temporarly suspended.

I lost my bank card and forgot to add my new one to my xbox-account. When I realized this I added my new card to the account but I can't cancel the old one because it has an inactive subscription which I cannot remove.

I can't add a subscription to the new card either because I still have the other one?! 

What can I do? Seems like I can't reach my account on either for some reason.

The best thing to do would be to contact phone support so you can speak to the billing department directly. They can help you get it sorted. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
